Growing up, my favorite show was Matlock. I loved how he asked the right questions, spotted the overlooked clues, and always uncovered the truth—usually right before heading off for a well-timed hotdog dinner.

I didn’t become a litigator, but I did inherit his obsession with finding the “smoking gun.” My arena isn’t the courtroom—it’s the digital world. I build systems that uncover hidden friction, clarify complexity, and help teams make better decisions faster.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—writer, researcher, strategist, spokesperson, DesignOps leader—and that range gives me a rare 360° view on how organizations actually work. I help teams untangle problems, design smarter workflows, and communicate complicated ideas plainly.
